They say it takes a village to raise a child.  Well, at ESW it takes a tribe to create products that are magical.

As the resident Culture Shaper at ESW, finding brilliant and creative minds is my main goal.  

Right brain, left brain, do they believe in Unicorns, can they handle a start-up grind?  

These are all factors I consider when I am trying to find those special people that help translate what it created in The Warrshop to the rest of the e-world.
